Our shop is based out of Winnipeg, Manitoba, but we provide complete mobile services to Saskatchewan, Manitoba and Northwestern Ontario.
Fleet and Towing vehicle packages typically take a few hours, while Safety Officer and Fire trucks are 1-2 days, with the most complicated upfits taking up to four days to complete. Booking time to get the vehicle into the shop varies with how many vehicles are ahead of you.
Yes. We have the widest selection of mounting options so we can install almost any piece of equipment without leaving a mark on your vehicle when it’s removed.
It depends. Emergency vehicles with full size lightbars require a hole in the roof. Any lighting on the outside of the vehicle, with a controller on the inside, will require a hole but those are either factory locations or somewhere that is not easily visible. Some equipment requires holes and modifications to the interior. You will be informed of any holes to your vehicle before the install begins.
Almost all of our products require some form of vehicle specific component, which can have different prices. To keep your experience simple, just tell us what products you want and we will do all the leg work, ensuring you are getting the products that are guaranteed to work with your vehicle.

Our showroom is open to customers from 10am – 3pm Monday to Friday, all year round. We also set custom appointment times that work for our customers, either at our shop or anywhere convenient for them.
Yes. We understand that you can find ‘quality products’ online everywhere these days, with no assurance they are what you expect. We have tested all the products we offer, are familiar with installing them, where they work best and can do a mock up on your vehicle so you can see them in action before committing.
Yes. We have access to what seems to be endless options for upfitting equipment, so if you don’t see what you are looking for, contact us and we will look into your options.
Yes. We have done almost every off road vehicle for both fire and police.
Yes. We can provide you options to match your budgets. In fact, our quotes will show prices that include installation, so if you need to reduce your price, you can simply delete that line and price to update the quote.
We offer three types of Warranty:
Product Warranty is offered by the manufacturers and should you need it, we can process it for you. Failed parts, along with a receipt are required to receive a replacement part.
Install Warranty is offered by Pro Upfitters and is our guarantee that your product will not stop working because of how it was installed for up to 5 years.
Service Warranty is where we build you a vehicle and a component stops working. In this case, the product is covered by the manufacturer and install by Pro Upfitters. If the cause was the install, the repair is no charge, however, if the product failed due to manufacturer defect, there will be a repair charge for our time spent replacing the product. If any component fails within the first year, there is no charge for replacement.
